Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years cooking experience in a professional environment
  • Must have a current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Advanced knife handling abilities
  • Passion for local purveyor and farmer relationships
  • Ability to work confidently at all stations including expo
  • Knowledge of food budgeting and cost optimization
  • Excellent communication and staff education skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
  • Current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers Certification
  • Advanced knife handling skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Proven creativity in menu development
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Manage and mentor a culinary team of 50-75 staff
  • Develop and innovate seasonal menu items
  • Oversee all kitchen stations including expo
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Optimize food costs and budgeting
  • Foster strong relationships with purveyors and local farmers
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes
