Job Requirements
- At least 4 years experience as a senior chef
- 1-3 years experience in a management role
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and train culinary teams
- knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
- ability to analyze financial and operational data
- understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
- commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years experience in a senior chef position
- 1-3 years in a management role
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- hotel or conference center experience preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure culinary production aligns with the Executional Framework
- maintain proper culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, production, presentation, and service
- manage and train culinary and kitchen staff on best food production practices
- coach employees and foster a shared understanding of goals
- reward and recognize employees
- plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
- maintain all staff records including training, checklists, and performance data
- develop and maintain client and customer rapport
- communicate culinary and ingredient trends
- achieve food and labor financial targets
- analyze performance metrics and order trends for margin improvement
- ensure efficient execution and delivery of food products according to daily menus
- maintain food quality and compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals
- manage supply chain and procurement processes using authorized suppliers
- implement the Food Framework and ensure accurate food consumption estimates
- ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
- ensure compliance with Aramark SAFE food and safety policies
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to safety, health, and labor
