Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience as a senior chef
  • 1-3 years experience in a management role
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and train culinary teams
  • knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
  • ability to analyze financial and operational data
  • understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
  • commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years experience in a senior chef position
  • 1-3 years in a management role
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • hotel or conference center experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure culinary production aligns with the Executional Framework
  • maintain proper culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, production, presentation, and service
  • manage and train culinary and kitchen staff on best food production practices
  • coach employees and foster a shared understanding of goals
  • reward and recognize employees
  • plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
  • maintain all staff records including training, checklists, and performance data
  • develop and maintain client and customer rapport
  • communicate culinary and ingredient trends
  • achieve food and labor financial targets
  • analyze performance metrics and order trends for margin improvement
  • ensure efficient execution and delivery of food products according to daily menus
  • maintain food quality and compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals
  • manage supply chain and procurement processes using authorized suppliers
  • implement the Food Framework and ensure accurate food consumption estimates
  • ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
  • ensure compliance with Aramark SAFE food and safety policies
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to safety, health, and labor
