Job Requirements
- associate's degree in culinary arts or trade/vocational school degree in culinary arts
- three years of experience as a chef
- executive chef experience preferred
- one year of managerial experience
- ability to work sunday through thursday on specified hours
- authorized to work in the united states
- successful completion of background check and drug screen
- commitment to high standards of food quality and safety

Job Duties
- plan and prepare daily meals to meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents
- oversee budgeting for food and kitchen supplies to manage costs effectively
- recruit, hire, and train kitchen and dining room staff to maintain high performance
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas
- create menus that provide exceptional dining experiences and cater to resident satisfaction
- supervise kitchen operations and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- maintain inventory and order supplies to guarantee freshness and availability of ingredients
