Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful kitchen management in fine dining or upscale catering environments
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Familiarity with kitchen software and inventory management tools

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within the food industry

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team culture
