Job Requirements
- Ability to learn, grow, and evolve
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef
- Experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- Ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
- Ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with health and safety protocols including COVID-19 vaccination and PPE use as required by Oakmont Management Group
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef
- Proven ability to craft seasonal and guest-driven menus
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of managing kitchen costs including food, labor, and product
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Familiarity with next-generation culinary technology
