- At least three years of progressive culinary experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
- Experience with budget statements
- Ability to work onsite full-time Monday through Friday
- Hands-on chef mentality with adaptability
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Associate’s degree in culinary arts preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process including purchasing food specifications meal preparation service and sanitation
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events
- Managing kitchen staff and providing leadership and mentorship
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with management to meet culinary and financial goals
