Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation
  • Experience managing kitchen teams and operations
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Royse City TX
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creativity and innovation in menu development

Job Qualifications

  • Proven culinary skills in menu creation food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Experience in kitchen management including team leadership delegation and training
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Strong skills in inventory management and cost control
  • Creativity in developing unique and appealing dishes
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning food preparation inventory management and team supervision
  • Lead and train kitchen staff ensuring high performance and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop and maintain high-quality and visually appealing dishes
  • Manage food costs effectively through inventory control and waste reduction
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and innovative dishes
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a safe working environment
