Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least five years of experience in high-volume culinary management
  • Ability to manage food operations serving thousands daily
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Skills in cost control and inventory management
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Availability to work full-time in Atlanta, GA

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • At least five years of high-volume culinary management experience required
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Experience with high-volume food production
  • Ability to lead and develop a culinary team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow with a foodservice company

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the high-volume dining account
  • Plans and creates all menus
  • Responsible for managing food operations serving up to 3,500 clients daily
  • Purchases and manages inventory
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversees all safety and sanitation measures
  • Leads and manages a team of culinary associates
