Job Duties

- oversee food preparation presentation and plating to uphold high standards of taste and visual appeal in fine dining settings
- manage inventory control including ordering supplies monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste through effective food management practices
- ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations sanitation standards and proper handling procedures across all kitchen operations
- coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver flawless event execution while maintaining consistency in food quality
- oversee shift management including scheduling staff rotations training new team members and ensuring smooth operational flow during peak hours
