Job Requirements
- Experience as a cook or in a similar culinary position
- Knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques and food preparation principles
- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Food safety certification if not already obtained
- Basic arithmetic and numerical skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Follow production guidelines and recipes to prepare meals
- Set up workstations with ingredients and tools
- Process ingredients by chopping, trimming, measuring, and blending
- Handle kitchen tools and appliances safely
- Employ various cooking techniques including baking, broiling, roasting, and steaming
- Follow presentation requirements for food layout and decoration
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food storage
- Clean and sterilize kitchen areas, tools, and utensils
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation rules
- Protect corporate property
