Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years kitchen management or executive chef experience
- Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality or restaurant venues
- Extensive banquet-style event experience
- Experience managing and developing kitchen teams
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Ability to obtain ServSafe instructor certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- Extensive experience in banquet-style events
- Proven ability to manage and develop kitchen teams
- Current ServSafe certification required
- ServSafe instructor certification preferred or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, and supplies
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Plan, supervise, and execute all events including food preparation, service, and cleanup
- Work with operations and sales teams for event coordination
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff including developing sous chefs and lead cooks
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Oversee food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits
- Comply with local Department of Health regulations
- Report critical issues to the General Manager
