Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • lead culinary operations across multiple kitchens and seasonal outlets
  • oversee a la carte dining, banquets, pool facilities, and on-course venues
  • manage food quality, budgeting, and inventory control
  • implement labor controls and production systems
  • develop and mentor culinary leadership and staff
  • establish training and development programs
  • ensure operational consistency and financial discipline
  • support member dining and large-scale events
