Job Duties
- lead culinary operations across multiple kitchens and seasonal outlets
- oversee a la carte dining, banquets, pool facilities, and on-course venues
- manage food quality, budgeting, and inventory control
- implement labor controls and production systems
- develop and mentor culinary leadership and staff
- establish training and development programs
- ensure operational consistency and financial discipline
- support member dining and large-scale events
