Job Requirements

  • Requires at least 5-10 years of culinary experience
  • at least 2-4 years in a management role preferred
  • culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • high-end culinary training preferred for catering events
  • technology savvy
  • requires advanced knowledge of principles and practices within the food profession

  • technology savvy including MS Teams, Prima, Sysco
  • advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices

Job Duties

  • Ensure culinary production aligns with the Executional Framework
  • ensure proper culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, production, presentation, and service
  • manage culinary team including chef managers and hourly staff to ensure quality
  • train and manage culinary and kitchen employees using best practice food production techniques
  • coach employees to create shared understanding of goals and execution
  • reward and recognize employees
  • plan and conduct team meetings and daily huddles
