Job Requirements

  • At least three years of progressive culinary experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
  • Experience with budget statements
  • Ability to work full-time onsite Monday through Friday
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and kitchen operations effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events
  • Managing the culinary department in a professional dining setting
  • Overseeing corporate cafe and catering operations
  • Coordinating with staff to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring inventory and controlling food costs
