  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
  • Experience with budget statements
  • Ability to work full-time onsite
  • Willingness to comply with healthcare food service standards
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Capability to manage a busy kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events
  • Managing kitchen staff and coordinating schedules to ensure efficient operation
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to accommodate dietary restrictions and special needs
