Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage a culinary team effectively
  • capability to control costs and manage inventory
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience in high volume production and catering
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to plan and execute menus creatively

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • plan and create all menus
  • purchase and manage inventory
  • roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account
  • lead and manage a team of culinary associates
  • ensure compliance with health regulations
