Job Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation

Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead the team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • work hands-on alongside the kitchen team
  • collaborate with the General Manager and Home Office leaders to optimize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
  • resolve problems effectively and maintain clear communication across kitchen staff
