Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years full tenure as an executive chef
  • expertise in steakhouse cuisine
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • experience managing kitchen budgets and inventory
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • culinary education or equivalent experience

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef for 4 to 5 years
  • deep knowledge of steakhouse cuisine
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to develop innovative menus
  • excellent understanding of cost control and kitchen operations
  • experience with FOH training and private event management
  • culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead menu development with seasonal and local ingredients
  • ensure flawless execution during high-volume service
  • collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and kitchen efficiency
  • recruit, train, and mentor back-of-house staff
  • operate the business according to the budget based financial plans of the restaurant
