Job Duties
- Sustain food excellence through precise cooking and preparation of dishes as requested, adhering to kitchen procedures
- Ensure proper oversight of food waste and inventory levels, addressing any concerns about food quality when necessary
- Nurture a positive team dynamic between the back-end and customer-facing employees
- Help cultivate crew members' skills and qualities essential for kitchen leadership roles
- Achieve optimal customer service and operational efficiency through effective communication with Crew members and patrons
- Ensure the kitchen area is kept spotless and sanitized
- Monitor the condition of kitchen equipment to guarantee proper maintenance and quick resolution of any malfunctions
- Observe and implement safety precautions to uphold a secure setting and avoid accidents
- Comply with regulations by accurately completing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and implementing Inventory Rotation based on the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle
