Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree or certification preferred
- minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchen management
- strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to handle kitchen demands
- positive and flexible mindset with high integrity
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
- strong culinary background with creative menu planning skills
- excellent leadership and team management abilities
- knowledge of cost control and inventory management
- ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
- effective communication and organizational skills
- experience working in a hotel or resort environment preferred
Job Duties
- manage daily kitchen operation
- control kitchen costs and inventory
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
- train and develop culinary team of 10-12 associates
- collaborate with corporate F&B team for menu development
- create special and seasonal menus
- organize and execute buy-outs and Chef Table events
