Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes

- work hands-on alongside the kitchen team
- collaborate with the General Manager and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and forecasting to meet financial goals
- build relationships with local farmers to source fresh produce
