  • Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes

  • work hands-on alongside the kitchen team
  • collaborate with the General Manager and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasting to meet financial goals
  • build relationships with local farmers to source fresh produce
