Job Duties
- Work the line and encourage staff development
- Promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P and L goals
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including problem resolution and communication
- Serve as an ambassador for Indigo Road by embracing internal hospitality
- Lead a team to craft memorable dishes
- Collaborate with General Manager and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial expectations
