Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of executive chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M plus
- Strong leadership skills and solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification
- Allergy Certification

- Proven experience as an executive chef in a high-volume, upscale kitchen with $5M plus in annual sales
- Strong passion for elevated, made-from-scratch cuisine
