Beyond the technical aspects, this leadership role requires excellent communication and guest relations skills, ensuring the kitchen team works harmoniously with other hotel departments and guests receive outstanding hospitality. The Executive Chef must foster a positive, inclusive work environment, align with the company’s core values, and participate in ongoing professional development initiatives and hotel programs.

With a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation and holiday pay, employee assistance programs, 401(k), life insurance, flexible schedules, room rate discounts across the portfolio, and other perks like movie tickets and attraction discounts, The Henry makes it an attractive workplace for passionate culinary professionals eager to grow their careers in a vibrant and supportive environment.
