Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in luxury hotel culinary operations
- knowledge of Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes
- ability to manage kitchen safety and sanitation
- strong leadership and staff management capabilities
- ability to develop and forecast budgets
- excellent verbal and written communication
- physical ability to perform culinary tasks and handle kitchen equipment
- availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or secondary qualification or equivalent
- experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt standards
- strong leadership and team management skills
- expertise in menu development and culinary operations
- solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent communication and guest relations abilities
- financial acumen in budgeting and cost control
Job Duties
- Plan and manage kitchen staff and food procurement
- oversee food production, preparation, and presentation
- maintain safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- develop and recommend menu changes and innovations
- manage budget and control food and labor costs
- coordinate banquet events with catering staff
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
