Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an executive chef or senior chef in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
- Proven track record of successful menu development and kitchen leadership
- Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and HACCP regulations
- Ability to manage large scale catering and banquet events
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands quickly
