Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an executive chef or senior chef in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
  • Proven track record of successful menu development and kitchen leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and HACCP regulations
  • Ability to manage large scale catering and banquet events
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef or senior chef in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
  • A strong background in menu development with a clear creative point of view
  • Extensive experience with banquets and large-scale catering events
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire diverse teams in high-energy kitchens
  • Solid understanding of inventory management food costs and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of special dietary needs allergens and modern dietary practices
  • Deep understanding of food safety sanitation and kitchen best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

Job Duties

  • Create and develop inspired seasonally driven menus that showcase creativity while balancing quality consistency and cost
  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of flavor presentation and execution
  • Build mentor and motivate a strong culinary team that takes pride in collaboration and craftsmanship
  • Oversee inventory ordering and food handling procedures with a focus on minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency
  • Execute catering events banquets and special dining experiences with attention to detail and flawless timing
  • Uphold all food safety sanitation and HACCP standards to maintain a clean safe and professional kitchen
  • Work closely with ownership and management on menu planning pricing staffing and overall culinary direction
  • Maintain smooth service flow by monitoring production and adapting quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Provide ongoing training feedback and performance evaluations to help your team grow and excel
