  • three to five years of culinary management experience

  • ability to lead and manage a team

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • plan and create all menus
  • purchase and manage inventory
  • roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversee all safety and sanitation procedures
  • lead and manage a team of culinary associates
  • ensure high volume production and catering services meet quality standards
