- minimum 4 years in a senior culinary leadership role
- experience in high-volume, luxury, or resort environments
- strong leadership presence
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Lead all kitchen operations including menu design, food preparation, purchasing, and cost control
- ensure exceptional quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation across all outlets
- drive culinary innovation while maintaining brand and service standards
- oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of culinary teams
- instill and enforce food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and senior leadership teams
- manage budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and profitability initiatives
- maintain strong communication with corporate and senior stakeholders
