  • 6+ years of progressive hotel culinary experience
  • minimum 4 years in a senior culinary leadership role
  • experience in high-volume, luxury, or resort environments
  • strong leadership presence
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Lead all kitchen operations including menu design, food preparation, purchasing, and cost control
  • ensure exceptional quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation across all outlets
  • drive culinary innovation while maintaining brand and service standards
  • oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of culinary teams
  • instill and enforce food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and senior leadership teams
  • manage budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and profitability initiatives
  • maintain strong communication with corporate and senior stakeholders
