Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years culinary leadership experience
- valid safe serve or food handler certification
- proven executive chef experience
- ability to work in multiple locations including Texas and New Mexico sites
- strong leadership skills
- proficiency with POS systems preferred
- bilingual Spanish/English a plus

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team
- oversee kitchen operations including production, cost control, and scheduling
- ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are consistently maintained
- partner with corporate leadership to drive revenue and operational success
- utilize modern culinary technology such as Rational ovens
- manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- develop creative and seasonal menus
