Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years culinary leadership experience
  • valid safe serve or food handler certification
  • proven executive chef experience
  • ability to work in multiple locations including Texas and New Mexico sites
  • strong leadership skills
  • proficiency with POS systems preferred
  • bilingual Spanish/English a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of culinary leadership experience

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team
  • oversee kitchen operations including production, cost control, and scheduling
  • ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are consistently maintained
  • partner with corporate leadership to drive revenue and operational success
  • utilize modern culinary technology such as Rational ovens
  • manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
  • develop creative and seasonal menus
