Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of culinary experience
- At least 5 years in management roles
- Proven executive chef experience in high-volume operations
- Contract foodservice experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Job Qualifications
- Seasoned culinary professional with 10 years of experience and 5+ years of management
- Executive chef experience in high-volume operations ($8M+)
- Contract foodservice experience required
- corporate businesses, higher education/university dining, or sports/athletic venues experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with authentic global cuisines
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Multi-unit oversight and catering experience
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a diverse culinary and operational team, fostering a high-performance culture through empowerment, clear communication, and consistent recognition of achievements
- Drive culinary excellence by maintaining precise execution of on-trend techniques while cultivating unique local partnerships to ensure a premium guest experience
- Manage client relationships as a primary liaison, aggregating site needs and maintaining rapport to ensure mutually beneficial business outcomes and operational alignment
- Oversee financial performance by forecasting budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and driving margin improvements across food, safety, and labor categories
- Enforce rigorous compliance with all health, safety (Aramark SAFE), and labor regulations to guarantee a secure and standard-aligned environment
