Job Requirements

  • Certification or degree in culinary arts from a recognized educational institute
  • Minimum five years experience as an Executive Chef in a similar hotel or resort
  • Minimum five years experience managing multi-outlet food production
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in menu development and budget preparation
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

  • Received certification or degree through a recognized culinary arts educational institute
  • Minimum five years experience as an Executive Chef at a similar size and quality hotel or resort
  • Minimum five years experience in multi-outlet food production management

  • Extensive menu development and budget preparation experience

Job Duties

  • Plan, direct, supervise, and control all food and beverage item selection and production
  • Ensure the highest level of product quality, presentation, and sanitation
  • Manage menu planning and recipe creation
  • Oversee food ordering, labor staffing, and scheduling
  • Maintain food production, storage, and sanitation standards
  • Hire, train, and supervise all food production team members
  • Develop creative and quality food products that differentiate the resort in the market
