Job Requirements
- Certification or degree in culinary arts from a recognized educational institute
- Minimum five years experience as an Executive Chef in a similar hotel or resort
- Minimum five years experience managing multi-outlet food production
- Strong culinary skills and creativity
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in menu development and budget preparation
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control all food and beverage item selection and production
- Ensure the highest level of product quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Manage menu planning and recipe creation
- Oversee food ordering, labor staffing, and scheduling
- Maintain food production, storage, and sanitation standards
- Hire, train, and supervise all food production team members
- Develop creative and quality food products that differentiate the resort in the market
