Job Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years in a supervisory role as sous chef or executive chef
  • Experience in high-volume foodservice settings
  • Background in institutional facility or multi-outlet kitchens preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management principles
  • Expertise in menu implementation and presentation
  • Experience with catering operations
  • Culinary degree strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage high-volume food production while ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Oversee kitchen operations including inventory, staffing, and budgeting
  • Ensure impeccable communication with team members and other departments
  • Collaborate on catering events and special functions to exceed client expectations
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
