The Ned and Ned's Club represent an exclusive and elegant global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants designed for like-minded individuals to meet, work, and enjoy sophisticated social experiences. Job Requirements

  • Education or experience in culinary arts or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience as an executive chef or similar role in luxury hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-unit culinary operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create innovative, regionally inspired menus
  • Experience managing budgets and procurement
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Authorized to live and work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in executive chef and/or executive banquets chef roles in high-end culinary spaces
  • Proven leadership across multiple food outlets with high service standards and volume
  • Proficiency in Italian-America, sushi/Asian fusion, steakhouse, and upscale casual café cuisine
  • Strong rotation planning for specials, tasting menus, culinary events, and sensory programming
  • Skilled in team development, SOP implementation, and maintaining luxury-level standards
  • Savvy in budget management, vendor negotiation, and dynamic menu engineering
  • Polished, tactful, and comfortable engaging with C suite members, GM, and F&B leadership
  • Poised under high-pressure service and late-night event demands

Job Duties

  • Work in close partnership with the F&B director and general manager to align culinary direction with brand standards and overall business objectives
  • Possess multi unit culinary leadership
  • Lead day-to-day operations for The Gallery, Kaia, Founders Dining Room, and Library Bar
  • Ensure each outlet has its own identity while maintaining unified brand standards across Ned's Club
  • Manage menu development
  • Collaborate with corporate team on development of Kaia menu while creating regionally inspired menus for the other outlets
  • Uphold the Ned's aesthetic - elegant discipline in presentation and Kennedy-era design cues - in every dish and outlet
  • Rotate specials, spotlight seasonal ingredients, and launch culinary events that keep the member experience top-of-mind
  • Continuously iterate on menu offerings - chef’s tables, tasting series, rotating lunch and dinner specials - to inspire return visits and social buzz
  • Collaborate with Programming & Membership teams on curated experiences including wine dinners, sushi masterclasses, caviar service, rooftop pairings, and more
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor outlet-specific sous chefs and kitchen teams
  • Standardize training in culinary technique, plating finesse, safety protocols, and brand-centric service
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost-control across all outlets
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes for successful achievement of corporate COGS
  • Partner with F&B Director, GM and Finance to track P&L, optimize menu engineering, and forecast for volume spikes tied to events or seasonal trends
  • Lead execution of in club events including member tastings, themed dinners, private parties
  • Ensure culinary fleet performance during off-site member activations like Ferrari showcases, art installations, or DJ brunches
