Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • previous experience in this exact position
  • previous experience in a similar or related position
  • a combination of education and experience
  • sufficient education or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate job-related needs
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
  • availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an executive chef
  • experience in hotel culinary operations preferred
  • culinary diploma or related certification is a plus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent creativity and innovation in menu development
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary operations within the hotel
  • kraft exceptional and innovative menus
  • oversee food preparation and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • manage and inspire kitchen staff
  • ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations
  • coordinate with Director of Food & Beverage and General Manager
  • monitor kitchen inventory and control food costs
