Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as an executive chef
- experience in hotel culinary operations preferred
- culinary diploma or related certification is a plus
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent creativity and innovation in menu development
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations within the hotel
- kraft exceptional and innovative menus
- oversee food preparation and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- manage and inspire kitchen staff
- ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations
- coordinate with Director of Food & Beverage and General Manager
- monitor kitchen inventory and control food costs
