Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and direct overall culinary operations
- Hire, evaluate, schedule, motivate, and supervise culinary department staff
- Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Make recommendations on staff evaluations, merit pay increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Manage budgeting and personal financial operations for the culinary department
- Collaborate with Executive Director to align culinary services with community goals
