Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that leave last impressions
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- work hands-on alongside the kitchen team
- collaborate with the general manager and leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- ensure quality control and inventory management
- comply with health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial goals are met
