Job Duties

  • Lead and work on the kitchen line to create high-quality dishes
  • Encourage staff development and promote a positive experience for staff and guests
  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including inventory and quality control
  • Collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to meet P&L goals
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts effectively to meet financial objectives
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the culinary team
