Job Duties
- Lead and work on the kitchen line to create high-quality dishes
- Encourage staff development and promote a positive experience for staff and guests
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including inventory and quality control
- Collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to meet P&L goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts effectively to meet financial objectives
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the culinary team
