Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of culinary experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure culinary production aligns with the Executional Framework
- Maintain culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, production, presentation, and service
- Manage culinary team including chef managers and hourly staff to ensure quality food presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff using best practice food production techniques
- Coach employees to achieve shared culinary goals and reward performance
- Plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
- Maintain staff records including training, shift checklists, and performance data
- Develop and maintain effective client and guest relationships
- Interact directly with guests daily
- Monitor regional culinary and ingredient trends
- Deliver food and labor targets consistently
- Focus on margin improvement by analyzing performance metrics, data, orders, and inventory trends
- Ensure efficient execution and delivery of culinary products per daily menu
- Uphold Aramark food quality and safety standards
- Comply fully with Operational Excellence fundamentals including waste management, menu and recipe standards
- Manage supply chain and procurement processes ensuring authorized suppliers
- Implement Food Framework standards
- Accurately estimate food consumption for requisitions and purchases
- Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Comply with Aramark SAFE food, Quality Assurance, safety, health, wage, and hour policies
