Job Duties

  • Work the line and lead kitchen operations
  • Encourage staff development and promote positive staff and guest experiences
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen management including problem resolution and effective communication
  • Collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Manage labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure that profit and loss goals are met
  • Embrace and promote Internal Hospitality to create memorable experiences through food
