Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale polished casual or fine dining restaurants with annual sales of $5M+
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid understanding of back-of-house restaurant operations
- Knowledge of inventory management and food safety
- Proven ability to motivate and develop teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification
- Allergy certification
