Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale polished casual or fine dining restaurants with annual sales of $5M+
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food safety
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification
  • Allergy certification
