Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M or more
- strong leadership skills and solid understanding of day-to-day back-of-house restaurant operations
- proficiency in inventory management, food safety standards, and kitchen leadership
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification
- Allergy certification
