Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5M+
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality, quality, and exceptional front-of-house guest experience
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification
  • Allergy certification

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale kitchen with annual sales of 5M+
  • Strong passion for elevated, made-from-scratch cuisine
