Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5M+
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality, quality, and exceptional front-of-house guest experience
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification
- Allergy certification
