Job Duties
- Work the line and encourage staff development

- oversee all aspects of the kitchen including problem resolution and effective communication
- champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- manage quality control, inventory, health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
