Job Duties
- Work the line and encourage staff development
- promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals
- oversee all kitchen operations including problem resolution and effective communication
- champion internal hospitality and lead team to craft memorable dishes
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- collaborate with the General Manager and leadership from the home office to maximize kitchen operations
- manage quality control, inventory, health and safety standards, labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial targets
