Job Duties

  • Work the line and encourage staff development
  • promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals
  • oversee all kitchen operations including problem resolution and effective communication
  • champion internal hospitality and lead team to craft memorable dishes
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • collaborate with the General Manager and leadership from the home office to maximize kitchen operations
  • manage quality control, inventory, health and safety standards, labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial targets
