Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary position
- ability to lead and inspire a team
- strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- creative mindset and passion for culinary innovation

- proven experience as an executive chef or similar role in a hotel or high-end restaurant
- strong leadership and management skills
- expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- knowledge of nutrition, food cost control and safety standards
- excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- direct and supervise food preparation for all food outlets
- ensure the highest level quality and consistency in food handling, quality and presentation
- maintain established operational standards
