Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year culinary degree preferred
- Seven plus years experience in a management and executive kitchen position
- Knowledge of current restaurant industry trends
- Strong knowledge of food sanitation regulations
- Ability to provide direction and supervision to kitchen staff
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic and energetic personality
- Affinity for working with seniors
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of Level I and Level II background checks
- Successful drug screening
Job Qualifications

- Culinary creativity and flexibility
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal food sanitation regulations
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Oversee day to day culinary operations
- Supervise production of daily specials and delegate tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures
- Motivate, train, and develop back of house employees
- Assist with menu development and implementation including special event and catering menus
- Conduct quality checks for food standards including eye appeal and flavor
- Collaborate with the Director of Dining Experiences to ensure customer satisfaction
