Job Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years in a supervisory role such as sous chef or executive chef
  • Experience managing high volume food operations
  • Background in institutional or multi-outlet food service preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management principles
  • Ability to implement innovative menus with outstanding presentations
  • Experience with catering

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 plus years supervisory experience as sous chef or executive chef
  • Proven high volume food service background
  • Experience in institutional or multi-outlet food service settings preferred
  • Strong restaurant management knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated creativity in menu development and presentation
  • Experience with catering operations

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor the culinary team in a multi-outlet hospital dining environment
  • Develop and implement innovative, diverse, and visually stunning menu offerings
  • Manage high-volume food production ensuring quality and consistency
  • Coordinate and oversee catering operations and special events
  • Maintain strong communication channels across departments
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor budgetary performance and cost control measures
