Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale, polished casual, or fine dining with annual sales of $5M+
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of back-of-house day-to-day operations
- Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality, quality, and exceptional guest experience
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification
- Allergy Certification
