Job Requirements
- Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen
- Knowledge of computer applications including MS Excel and Outlook
- Valid food handler's card
- Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of five years experience in a food services leadership position
- Proven success in managing a profitable kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and emergency preparedness
- Proficient with MS Excel and Outlook
