Job Requirements

  • Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen
  • Knowledge of computer applications including MS Excel and Outlook
  • Valid food handler's card
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
  • Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years experience in a food services leadership position
  • Proven success in managing a profitable kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety and emergency preparedness
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Outlook
  • Valid food handler's card
